Guidelines:Please ensure you post in a relevant category which relates to the subject matter of your topic. Not doing so is considered spam. Please be considerate and tolerant to other peoples beliefs and opinions.
Posting Guidelines:1. Do not post a topic in CAPITAL LETTERS as this is considered rude, however you may use CAPS in posts or bold to emphasis a point.
2. Please do not change the size of fonts or colours in posts as this will make the forum look untidy.
Please do not include your own, or others email/postal addresses, or phone numbers in posts and visitor messages. This is to prevent them being misused by spammers etc.
Language:Any foul, hostile or abusive language used will not be tolerated which also includes any derogatory statements and profanity whether implied directly or indirectly. Insults and negative attitudes are not allowed. Saying you don't agree and why, can be done in a good humoured and polite way without causing offence.
All members have the right to their own ideas, beliefs and faiths. Members have the right to express these with equal respect and consideration.
Impersonation:You agree not to impersonate Therapy360.co.uk members or moderators. Not to create more than one username with the intent to disrupt discussions or deceive members.
Copyright:Copyright infringement is illegal. Please do not post articles in their entirety. When posting copyrighted material, please use small sections or ideally link to the article and give credit to the author in your post.
AdvertisingYou are allowed to include your website address and strapline in your signature. However, advertising and promotion of products & services in posts is not permitted in the T360 forums. Any statement which makes an offer in return for financial gain in posts will be treated as advertising and therefore will be moderated. Posting of website links within the text body is permitted if relevant to the topic.
Please note: only two weblinks are permitted within the signature and signatures should be no more than 4 lines in total. Any more than two links, four signature lines will result in Moderation
If someone specifically asks: "does anyone know of a good yoga teacher?" ... then if you know of someone in that specific area who can help the person who posted the query, you can point them in right direction provided it is not YOU, and there is no direct financial gain involved with the recommendation.
It is acceptable, therefore, to reply to a direct request for help, but if you happen to be a therapist/products supplier/services provider etc., in that specific area you must not include actual contact details in your reply, or invite the person to contact you. You are free to state, however, 'if you are interested, feel free to PM (Private Message) me'.
Conduct of Others:Our members represent a wide variety of religious and spiritual beliefs, when joining in discussions on our forums, expect to come across persons whose ideas, opinions and beliefs may be different from yours. Please approach such encounters with tolerance and an acceptance of others' faiths and beliefs.
